Our 2018 Greencard Golf Holidays Jamaica event was our first trip to this Caribbean Island. Some unseasonal weather before we arrived led to some schedule changes. But this didn't take away from some great golf including an amazing par on a hole made famous by James Bond.

History was made at the 2017 Grand Finals in La Manga Club as for the first time the defending Champion retained the title. However, it was not without a close fought tournament that meant the outcome of the whole season came down to the final green where three players all had the chance to take the title. We had a stunning week for our tournament based at Cascais in Portugal, and we played some amazing golf courses to match the weather. It took until the 71st hole to decide the winner - find out who took their first Greencard Golf tour title.

The Greencard Golf Holidays Chester and North Wales event was played over four stunning courses between England and Wales. Read our report to see how Peter Roe survived a final round scare to take the victory.
In a close battle between Gerry and Brenda Gentle, who between them held the lead through all four rounds, it was eventually Gerry who took the title in Brittany, but a final back nine charge made it a close finish.

The Greencard Golf Holidays South Africa Tour event went down to the last couple of holes, but Anthony Trafford came through to secure his second title of the 2017 season. The event again confirmed South Africa as a fantastic winter golf destination.

The regular Greencard Golf Tour season is over for another year and we're looking forward to our Grand Finals in few weeks where we will crown the new Champion Golfer for the year.
