The regular Greencard Golf Tour season is over for another year and we’re looking forward to our Grand Finals in few weeks where we will crown the new Champion Golfer for the year.
This year the finals will be played at a new venue, the 5 star luxury Intercontinental Mar Menor near Murcia in Spain. The golf schedule is heavily influenced by Jack Nicklaus who has been involved in the design of three of the five courses we will play including the stunning Alhama Signature Golf, one of the best courses in Spain.

Whoever wins the title this year will need to be at the top of their game as each of our selected courses will offer significant challenges and it should be a great tournament.
Of course we do have some winners ahead of the Grand Finals. Congratulations to each of our tournament winners – a list of whom can be found below and special mention needs to be made of Neil Gillam and Reuben Fielding who finished the season on top of the Tour Points table and Order of Merit respectively. And so to the Grand Finals and Masters Tournaments. Below you will see a full list of our qualifiers and well done to each them. It has been an exciting season with some extremely close finishes with several single point or countback victories. We’ve played some excellent golf courses and stayed in some fantastic accommodation throughout the golfing globe.
The 2016 Champion Golfer will come from a list of 32 players amongst them is David Rothwell, our current champion, who has the chance to defend his title and take back-to-back finals victories, but we’ve got a high class field, including David’s son Zack, who will battle it out over what should be an exciting and enjoyable week in Spain.
